Basketball
Basketball offers co-ed leagues for students during all three intramural sessions - fall, winter and spring. Competition begins shortly after the start of the semester and students compete in one or two games each week. Leagues conclude before finals with seeded playoffs and a championship game. The team that wins the championship is awarded a t-shirt and their team photo is placed on the Intramural Wall of Champions located in the McCann Center.
Flag Football
The flag football intramural has approximately 250 co-ed students who compete in fall and spring seasons. Teams are comprised of seven players each, and contests contain four 10-minute quarters with a running clock. Games are held under the lights, outdoors at Tenney Stadium. The team that wins the championship is awarded a t-shirt and their team photo is placed on the Intramural Wall of Champions located in the McCann Center.
Soccer
Co-ed Soccer is offered outdoors under the lights at Tenney Stadium during the fall and spring seasons. The games are comprised of two 20-minute halves and has a modified format of eight players per side, including a goalie. For the winter session, soccer transitions to futsal held in the Indoor Turf Room of the McCann Recreation Center. The team that wins the championship is awarded a t-shirt and their team photo is placed on the Intramural Wall of Champions located in the McCann Center.
Volleyball
Co-ed volleyball is the most popular intramural sport with over 750 participants throughout the course of the year. Matches are typically a best out of three games. Games one and two are played to 25 points, and if a decisive third game is necessary, it is played to 15 points. The team that wins the championship is awarded a t-shirt and their team photo is placed on the Intramural Wall of Champions located in the McCann Center.
